Payments are securely processed by third-party providers, and we do not retain full payment credentials. Refund eligibility is determined by the specific plan’s terms.
Subscription Management
Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your account settings. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law or specified in promotional terms.
Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the services—effective immediately and without notice—in the event of any breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and you may lose all access to content and data stored therein. Outstanding fees remain due.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If unresolved, claims will be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
